The agency also requires appraisals for multifamily structures and complexes both under and over four units, as well as commercial properties including retail, industrial, and office spaces. Bidders must perform all work onsite in San Antonio, Texas. The agency limits eligibility to onshore vendors located within the United States. The resulting contract will have a performance period of one year. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for these services.
