Landscape, Properties and Hardscape Improvement Service

The City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide landscape, properties, and hardscape improvement services. The agency is attempting to increase neighborhood identity and pride by beautifying ten selected blocks per year. This program aims to provide visual improvements to residents' properties from the curb to the steps. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to develop block work scopes after conducting field assessments. The vendor must perform the physical improvements, inspect the completed work, and document the transformational impact by taking photos of the completed projects. Additionally, the agency requires the delivery of digital copies of all program documents, including work scopes, program consent forms, indemnification and release forms, and block closure petition signatures. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States, and all performance of the work must take place onsite in Harrisburg. The agency will place a strong emphasis during the evaluation on proposals where the construction can be carried out in-house. The contract period will run for one year, and the agency has indicated a budget of up to 1,000,000 USD for this initiative.
