The Iowa government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive real estate services for properties within the state. The agency needs to address property transactions, land management, and local economic mobilization through structured real estate strategies. The selected provider will assist with deed restrictions, legal descriptions, land parcel recommendations, and lease assignments or termination strategies. The scope of work covers coordination with State Agencies regarding necessary buffer zones around state-owned facilities and securing required access or easements. The agency requires the vendor to work with local banks to mobilize local ownership opportunities and collaborate with potential local buyers to create buying pool opportunities. Additional responsibilities include property assessment and valuation support, marketing and advertising based on value maximization, transaction management, negotiation, closing coordination, compliance, reporting, and meeting specific listing requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
