Psychological Treatment Services

The government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking a contractor to provide psychological treatment services. The agency needs evidence-based behavioral health anger management, impulse control, and behavioral health advocacy groups, alongside grief and loss counseling and individual psychotherapy. These services will utilize telehealth technologies to support and promote long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, and public health and health administration. The scope of work requires the contractor to assign a licensed Master's Level Clinician, at a minimum, to conduct evidence-based individual psychotherapy sessions of fifty minutes in length to address criminogenic risks and needs symptoms. Additionally, a clinical supervisor must provide regular clinical supervision of all direct service staff through face-to-face discussions, performance observations, clinical staffing, reviews of written documentation, and annual performance evaluations. The performance of the work will occur offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility rules restrict participation to onshore providers located within the United States.
