Psychological Evaluation Services

The government authority located in Orlando, Florida is seeking a contractor to provide psychological evaluation services. The agency needs to identify positive psychological characteristics associated with successful job performance as well as traits that may interfere with effective performance. The selected contractor will evaluate candidates for emotional unsuitability, potential for violence, suicide, aggression, substance abuse, personality problems, emotional disorders, and stress management characteristics. The scope of work requires the contractor to administer psychological screening instruments, analyze the resulting data, conduct clinical interviews, and present recommendations to the appropriate hiring body. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal.
