Health Equity Contractor Services

The New York State Department of Health in Menands, NY is seeking health equity contractor services to support its prevention agenda. The agency needs to identify partnership, training, communication, data utilization, and health equity needs among local health departments, hospitals, community-based organizations, and other prevention agenda partners. To solve this problem, the contractor must conduct and analyze a statewide informational needs assessment. The scope of work requires planning, coordinating, and facilitating a one-day prevention agenda workgroup meeting to present the assessment findings and engage stakeholders in structured discussions. This task includes developing agendas, facilitation materials, managing meeting logistics, and producing a summary report with recommendations and region-specific engagement considerations. Additionally, the project covers ongoing coordination, regular project meetings, progress documentation, tracking of implementation activities, and a final comprehensive evaluation report documenting outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 02, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
