Pregnancy Fatherhood Program Service

The Contra Costa County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a pregnancy fatherhood program service. The agency aims to prepare expectant and new fathers with newborn and infant care skills, as well as deliver ethnic-specific fatherhood programming. To support this initiative, the selected partner must collaborate with other community-based organizations and active Prevention and Early Intervention Fatherhood Engagement Specialists across the state for peer learning. The scope of work requires the provider to conduct outreach to 200 eligible, expectant, and parenting fathers annually, documenting all interactions in a web-based electronic database. The program must successfully recruit 50 eligible participants each year. The subcontracting agency will hire staff members who possess core competencies in father engagement and will ensure these staff members receive training on the program curriculum. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
