The Albany, NY government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive inmate healthcare services. The agency requires a program that addresses substance use and clinical needs through individualized treatment, peer support, and both group and individual counseling. The selected provider must also manage the continuation of methadone or buprenorphine maintenance, conduct intake screenings to identify program candidates, and allow inmates to opt into treatment at any point during their incarceration. The scope of work covers specialized care for pregnant women, the provision of appropriate medications, and therapeutic programming with wraparound services.
