Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Therapeutic Court Programs Services

The Kitsap County government authority in Port Orchard, Washington is seeking providers to deliver mental health, chemical dependency, and therapeutic court programs services. The agency is attempting to improve the health status and wellbeing of county residents while reducing the incidence and severity of chemical dependency and mental health disorders in adults and youth. Key goals include expanding prevention and early intervention programs for youth, increasing trauma-informed care training, policies, and practices, and enhancing recovery support services. The scope of work covers enhancing diversion approaches, practices, and programs for individuals with behavioral health disorders. The selected providers must also improve the availability and coordination of in-jail behavioral health screening, assessment, treatment, and referral services. Additionally, the agency requires the expansion of behavioral health treatment providers, approaches, and options for high utilizers of these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
