Pregnancy Loss Initiative Services

The City of Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a vendor to provide pregnancy loss support, awareness, and education services for individuals and groups. The agency is attempting to address the emotional and material needs of people experiencing miscarriage, termination and abortion for medical reasons, stillbirth, neonatal death, sudden unexpected death of an infant, and pregnancy after loss. The scope of work covers the provision of material support, including keepsakes, photography, and cuddle cots, for individuals who have experienced a pregnancy loss. The selected vendor must also host support groups for affected individuals and organize community awareness events. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the online portal, and must include their proposed budget as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine funding.
