Occupational Therapist Service

The Greenville County School District in Taylors, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide educationally based occupational therapist services across various school locations. The agency needs to solve the challenge of meeting individual student needs as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans. The selected provider will assist in the development of these plans, collaborate with IEP team members, and attend required meetings to help students progress toward their goals. The scope of work covers providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services, conducting evaluations, and offering school-based occupational therapy knowledge to assigned schools. The provider must also supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and act as a clinical supervisor to assigned occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant college students. Administrative responsibilities include completing all required documentation in compliance with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), state licensure, and Medicaid standards. Additional duties may be assigned by the Lead Occupational Therapist or the Director of Related Services, Program Support, and Integration. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of work to occur both onsite and offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
