Clinical Psychology Services

The Hillsboro School District in Oregon is seeking comprehensive, school-based clinical psychology services to support high-risk student populations. The agency needs a provider to address complex mental health cases, including suicidality and acute psychological concerns, through clinical consultation and case support. The selected provider will assist school teams with case conceptualization, decision-making, care coordination, and re-entry planning with external providers. The scope of work requires conducting evaluations, recommending assessment pathways, developing Behavior Support Plans, and performing school-based observations. The provider must review comprehensive case information, including incident reports, behavioral histories, academic records, staff and student statements, and prior threat assessments. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is seeking budget proposals from interested parties. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 28, 2026.
