The Hillsborough County Head Start and Early Head Start program in Tampa, Florida requires a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive mental health services for its employees across multiple centers. The agency is seeking to support its workforce through clinical services, staff wellness initiatives, teacher support, and emergent clinical assistance. This initiative aims to address employee mental health needs, improve classroom management, and mitigate secondary traumatic stress among staff members. The scope of work covers monthly scheduled on-site mental health consultations at each center to serve as a direct resource for employees. The selected provider must deliver evaluations, pre- and post-assessments, service planning, behavioral strategy plans, and general mental health consultations. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to participate in Health Services Advisory Committee meetings and deliver targeted training sessions. These trainings must include in-person sessions focused on trauma-informed classroom management, as well as virtual sessions covering behavior management and secondary traumatic stress prevention. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated performing staff must deliver the contracted services on-site at the various agency centers in Tampa, Florida. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. The agency is currently seeking budget proposals from interested parties to determine the cost of the contract.
