Child and Adolescent Mental Health Initiatives Services

The Minnesota Department of Human Services, located in St. Paul, Minnesota, is seeking child and adolescent mental health initiatives services. The agency is establishing these initiatives to serve as a mechanism for regional collaboration to build effective community-based mental health services for children and adolescents across the state. Collaborating organizations must focus on child and adolescent services, including local public health, regional suicide prevention coordinators, schools and school-based health centers from birth through twelfth grade, emergency departments, children’s justice professionals, primary care providers, or other entities serving youth mental health needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 1, 2026.
