The selected vendor must provide structured project management, delivery oversight, and strengthened governance for both operational tasks and broader modernization projects. Additionally, the agency requires the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio-wide risk and issue register to identify systemic risks, emerging pressures, and cross-program challenges. Bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The authority has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the financial structure of the contract.
