Benefits Account Services

The Port of Seattle, Washington requires a vendor to provide comprehensive benefits account services, record keeping, and administrative services for the agency's plans. The agency requires regular account reviews to prevent reimbursements from exceeding elections, as well as proactive recovery efforts for any overpayments. The vendor must also distribute account statements to employees via mail and email at least twice a year. Bidders must perform all work onsite within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year and is currently seeking budget proposals. The agency will host a pre-bid conference on June 04, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted by June 08, 2026. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
