The Wisconsin government authority located in Madison is seeking qualified capital fund managers to implement fund investments under the 2021 federal State Small Business Credit Initiative program. The agency needs to identify partners capable of making equity investments in eligible startups, managing capital contributions into funds and portfolio companies, and providing matching private capital from funds managed by the selected respondent. The selected managers must also source, execute, manage, and report on investments, provide value-added services to the startup ecosystem, and return investment proceeds to the authority in accordance with program terms.
