The scope of work requires the provider to offer financing products for qualifying purchases, including natural gas appliances and piping projects. The provider must also deliver a secure and efficient application method, handle all billing and payment processing, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and financial structures for this initiative. The resulting contract will have a duration of one year, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 8, 2026.
