Responsibilities also include leading and documenting a pre-construction meeting in coordination with the Design Engineer, as well as leading bi-weekly construction progress meetings. The agency requires weekly statements detailing the working and non-working days charged, any time adjustments, a work completion date with remaining contract days, and the controlling activities for the week. The selected provider must also monitor the contractor's public notification efforts and verify that additional notices are distributed for extended shutoffs, schedule changes, or other significant impacts. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will run for one year, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 18, 2026.
