Range Improvements Services

The South Carolina government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive range improvement services. The agency needs to reconstruct its existing rifle range, pistol range, and skeet shooting field to upgrade its training and recreational facilities. Additionally, the project requires improvements to the existing asphalt access road and parking areas to ensure safe and reliable access. The scope of work also covers critical infrastructure installations, including the construction of a stormwater detention pond to manage runoff. The selected vendor must install a water service line, implement a septic tank system, and construct a new office or classroom building on the site. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated South Carolina facility. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the project budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026.
