Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Greenville County government authority in South Carolina is seeking a construction manager at risk to oversee the renovation of approximately 50,000 square feet of space on a second floor. The project requires minimal demolition of existing interior, non-structural partitions and the construction of new interior partitions. The selected provider must install systems for newly created offices, re-work existing electrical systems to accommodate updated layouts, and install associated finishes. The scope of work also encompasses the installation of a new fire alarm system throughout the entire building, as well as any other required systems. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the Greenville facility. The authority is establishing a contract period that will run for one year. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States organizations. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
