Engineering Consulting Services

The City of La Vista, Nebraska, is seeking engineering consulting services to support a new municipal project. The agency requires a partner to survey and convey the existing site topography, utilities, property lines, and easements, as well as perform pick-up surveys during the design phase. To determine the suitability of building foundations for the proposed structure, the selected vendor must conduct geotechnical exploration and deliver a comprehensive geotechnical report complete with preliminary recommendations and bore logs. The scope of work requires the consultant to review all available municipal reports, plans, maps, and studies for the project area and incorporate this historical data into the new design. The agency expects the consultant to deliver primary and final design services across the conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform the required work offsite.
