Additionally, the scope involves designing leadership learning experiences for school and district leaders focused on leading family-school partnership work. The agency requires ongoing coaching for district and school teams during the implementation of the framework. To monitor progress, the vendor must recommend a manageable set of practical process and outcome indicators to measure implementation quality and impact. The agency also requires tools, such as rubrics, walkthroughs, and surveys, that Warren can sustain after the contract period ends. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work must take place onsite at the agency locations in Indiana.
