Architectural Engineering Services

The Texas county government is seeking architectural and engineering firms to provide services for the renovation and remodel of a county building. The agency needs to solve facility limitations by conducting site analyses, performing needs assessments, and developing concept drawings and presentations. The selected firm must review existing building materials as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The scope of work covers landscaping architecture, geotechnical reports, site and topographic surveys, and soil mitigation recommendations. The agency requires the evaluator to analyze facilities based on civil engineering standards and site design, and to provide design contingency recommendations. All performance of the work must occur onsite at the county facility. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
