Construction Management Services for Non-Federally Funded Projects

The Port of Oakland is seeking a vendor to provide construction management services for various non-federally funded construction projects in Oakland, California. The agency needs to manage improvement projects that typically include electrical, mechanical, structural, and other building improvements to the airport terminal and other airport and maritime buildings. The scope of work also covers airfield apron, taxiway, and runway grading and paving, maritime terminal grading and paving, airport perimeter dike construction, sewer and waterline rehabilitation and replacement, and pump station rehabilitation and replacement. Additionally, the selected vendor must manage low, medium, and high voltage electrical work, as well as telecommunications work, including fiber optic systems. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 07, 2026.
