Paving Services

The Gunnison County Electric Association is seeking a contractor to provide paving services for its government authority facility located in Gunnison, Colorado. The agency requires a contractor to supervise and direct the paving work competently, maintaining sole responsibility for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and safety procedures. To ensure proper execution and site discipline, the contractor must assign a competent resident superintendent to be present on-site at all times during the project. The scope of work requires the contractor to initiate, maintain, and supervise all safety precautions and programs in connection with the paving activities. The agency can arrange overnight parking accommodations in advance for the duration of the project. Bidders must express all pricing on a per-ton basis. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations, and all performance of the work must take place on-site in Gunnison, Colorado. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
