Main Street Safe Streets and Roads Design Services

The City of Franklin, Tennessee is seeking professional engineering services to complete the project plans development process for the Main Street Safe Streets and Roads initiative. The municipality requires a qualified firm to address safety and infrastructure design needs along its Main Street corridor. The selected partner will manage the entire development lifecycle to prepare the project for the final construction bidding phase. The scope of work covers preliminary engineering, public involvement, environmental documentation, utility design, and utility coordination. Additionally, the chosen provider must deliver right-of-way acquisition documents, manage any required grant reporting, and produce final bidding documents. The agency also requires the partner to organize, present, and attend public outreach meetings, as well as present progress at Board of Mayor and Aldermen meetings. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations, and the performance of the work must take place onsite in Franklin, Tennessee.
