Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

The City of Kissimmee, Florida, is seeking a pre-qualified consulting construction engineering and inspection services firm to oversee a local infrastructure project. The selected firm must hold a pre-qualification under work type 10.0 to perform these construction engineering and inspection services. This initiative aims to ensure quality control and contract compliance during the construction of new pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure. The scope of work covers the construction of a twelve- to fourteen-foot-wide concrete multi-use trail and a twelve-hundred-foot-long, sixteen-foot-wide pedestrian bridge. Additionally, the project includes replacing the existing eight-foot sidewalk with a ten-foot sidewalk along the Shingle Creek Trail, starting on the west side of Dyer Boulevard in the northwest corner of the Osceola Parkway intersection. The designated firm must perform all engineering and inspection services onsite at the project location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is requesting pricing proposals from interested bidders.
