Medical Examiners Decedent Storage Designer Services

The government authority located in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a design professional to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a medical examiners decedent storage facility. The agency needs to address a thirty-year growth projection for administrative, morgue, examination, and building support functions extending to the year 2060. This purpose-built facility will include office and meeting space, collaboration space, laboratory areas, wellness and support space, emergency power, and other programmatic areas. The scope of work requires the selected designer to deliver all architectural and engineering design services as detailed in the agreement for design professional services. Performance of the design work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
