Design and Engineering Services

The government authority located in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking design and engineering services to develop environmental enhancements, potential park space, or trail and corridor space on adjacent vacant land. This project aims to support improved air quality, stormwater management, and community connections. The scope of work covers transportation planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, public art commission, government affairs, and roadway construction projects. The selected vendor must produce construction documents, cost estimates, and a digital plan booklet containing graphics, maps, and light narrative around conceptual design alternatives that reflect community feedback. Eligible bidders include architecture and engineering firms, security companies, computer companies, roofing contractors, and vendors in the construction industry that are operated and controlled as USA-only onshore organizations. Performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 1, 2026. The agency will hold a pre-proposal meeting on June 5, 2026.
