TV Office Renovations Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking a contractor to provide TV office renovation services at its facility in Orlando, Florida. The agency requires the selected contractor to field verify all existing construction conditions before beginning any active construction. Additionally, the contractor must obtain approval from the engineer and acceptance from the owner for all submittals, and have all equipment and materials onsite, prior to starting active construction. The scope of work requires onsite performance of all renovation services. The agency is restricting eligibility for this opportunity to onshore United States organizations only. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a site visit for June 4, 2026, to allow interested parties to inspect the location. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the project no later than June 15, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids and compliance with the pre-construction verification and material staging requirements.
