Construction Management Services

The City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, requires comprehensive construction management services to guide, assist, and represent the municipality throughout a building project. The selected partner will support the city across multiple project stages, including the design, bidding, construction, and occupancy phases. The primary goal is to ensure the overall success of the building project while protecting the city's financial and operational interests. The scope of work involves facilitating the bidding process for each individual component construction contract and ordering materials directly to save on sales taxes. The construction manager must maintain an on-site presence to act as the city's representative, manage site security, and oversee project safety and insurance programs. Additionally, the role requires preparing routine progress and budget reports, which must include progress updates, budget status and forecasting, planned activities, and any deviations from the city-approved work schedule. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the project location in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The city is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the agreement. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.
