Project Site Surveying and Construction Inspection Services

The City of Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a qualified onshore vendor to provide project site surveying and construction inspection services. The agency requires inspectors who are skilled in right-of-way and sitework construction, including excavation, grading, drainage, utilities, landscape, irrigation, and paving. While not required, the agency also desires experience in playground construction, specialty paving, lighting, custom fabrication, and high-quality finishes. The selected vendor must possess knowledge of the principles and practices used in civil engineering, landscape architecture, stormwater and water quality treatment, erosion control, and accessible public rights-of-way design. The scope of work requires the vendor to maintain accurate, detailed records, prepare reports, and read and interpret surveys and construction plans. The agency expects the vendor to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and perform all work offsite from the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
