Designer Services

The Shrewsbury, Massachusetts government authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional designer services. The agency requires these services to progress a project beyond the schematic design phase. Once the agency selects the project delivery method, which will be either design/bid/build or construction manager at risk, the contract will be amended accordingly. The scope of work covers basic designer services including all investigative work, a feasibility study, and schematic design. At the agency's option, the scope may also include design work, preparation of construction documents, bidding period administration, construction administration, and other related work necessary to meet the project goals. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore, United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 4, 2026.
