Connectivity and Additional Parking Services

The City of Dallas, Georgia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide connectivity and additional parking services for its government authority. The agency is attempting to expand its physical infrastructure and improve vehicle access at its local facilities. To achieve this, the project requires a range of site development and civil construction activities. The scope of work covers clearing activities, demolition operations, grading operations, concrete and asphalt paving operations, and erosion control measures. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the designated government location in Dallas, Georgia. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for comprehensive cost proposals to establish the budget for this project. Representatives from the agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 03, 2026, to discuss the requirements. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the project no later than June 17, 2026.
