Construction Management Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking a construction manager to provide construction management services for a project in Orlando, Florida. The agency requires the selected partner to ensure the successful, timely, and economical completion of all construction activities. This project addresses current deficiencies and upgrades all building and site facilities, systems, and finishes that are at or near the end of their useful life and design capacity. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency will award a contract for a performance period of one year.
