Infrastructure and Regulation Complex Facility and Parking Lot Paving Service

The Horry, South Carolina government authority is seeking a contractor to provide facility and parking lot pavement improvements and upgrades at the 4401 Privetts Road Infrastructure and Regulation Complex. The agency needs to solve the problem of deteriorating pavement by resurfacing three distinct areas of the complex. The contract period for this project will span one year. The scope of work covers three specific areas of the facility. Area five requires a two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Intermediate Type C and a two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Type B across approximately 3050 square yards. Area six requires the same two-inch lifts of Intermediate Type C and Surface Type B across approximately 4200 square yards. Area seven requires a variable mill of one to two inches across approximately 810 square yards, a two-inch lift of Surface Type C or B, and parking lot striping for approximately 26 parking stalls, excluding the handicap accessible space. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must operate onshore within the United States to meet eligibility rules. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
