The City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive engineering and project management services for municipal facilities and infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work onsite in Rio Rancho.
