Architectural and Engineering Services

The Sacramento County Airport System is seeking to establish long-term, on-call relationships with highly qualified consultants for airport facilities and infrastructure. The agency needs responsive, high-quality architectural and engineering services to support its ongoing facility and infrastructure demands. This initiative aims to solve the problem of securing reliable, multi-disciplinary technical expertise for various airport projects over an extended period. The scope of work covers architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and costing services. The selected consultants will perform planning, programming, feasibility analysis, site investigations, technical evaluations, and preparation of studies. The requested services also span all design phases from concept through construction documents, including value engineering, permitting support, bid document preparation, and construction administration. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine contract pricing. An optional virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the qualifications of the consultants to deliver the requested on-call services.
