Engineering Services for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

The City of Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The agency requires these services to support both new construction projects and renovations of existing facilities. The selected engineering firm will address critical infrastructure needs including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building control systems, plumbing, and fire protection. The scope of work also covers power systems, lighting, low-voltage and medium-voltage services, and fire alarm systems. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to deliver facility assessment reports, detailed cost estimates, and comprehensive life-cycle cost analyses. All engineering work will be performed offsite. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
