The City of Sebring, Florida, is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide comprehensive engineering services for multiple municipal wastewater infrastructure projects. The agency is attempting to resolve critical vulnerabilities in its wastewater system by hardening the influent infrastructure and improving the resiliency of the effluent treatment and discharge systems. Additionally, the agency requires upgrades to the sludge dewatering and processing system, alongside city-wide rehabilitation of the gravity collection system to mitigate ongoing inflow and infiltration issues. The requested scope of work spans the entire project lifecycle, requiring the selected partner to deliver engineering design, permitting, bidding assistance, and project management. The agency also requires construction administration and periodic construction observation services to ensure proper execution of the infrastructure improvements. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the designated facilities in Sebring, Florida. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States organizations.
