Feasibility Study Service

The Powhatan County government authority in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a detailed feasibility study for its campus. The agency needs to solve complex facility planning challenges by obtaining a comprehensive environmental review and a full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems analysis for the entire campus. The project also requires recommendations for temporary safety measures, a campus-wide Americans with Disabilities Act compliance assessment, future parking capacity and occupancy assessments, and a structural and financial feasibility assessment to guide future capital actions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform the required work through a combination of onsite activities in Powhatan, Virginia, and offsite analysis.
