Design Services

The government authority located in Orlando, Florida is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive design services. The agency needs the selected consultant to coordinate and oversee the completion of a study to support project design, as well as a topographic survey of approved project limits. Additionally, the consultant must identify a site-specific area and perform a ground penetrating radar survey. Based on the approved preliminary design, the agency requires the development of construction-level plans, specifications, and a hydraulic and hydrologic study. The scope of work also covers construction phase engineering services, which include responding to requests for information or modifications, reviewing shop drawings and change orders, attending progress meetings, and producing as-built record drawings. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Regarding key dates, the agency will host a pre-bid meeting on May 29, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 9, 2026.
