Bridge Replacement and Track Re-Configuration Design-Build Services

The issuing government authority in Queens, New York is seeking a design-builder to replace an undergrade railroad bridge structure and re-configure associated tracks. The agency requires the design and construction of a new off-line replacement bridge structure in accordance with all contract requirements. This project addresses the need to modernize the existing infrastructure, which includes the off-line construction of Bay Ridge 5/6 and Fremont Secondary 1/2. The scope of work covers environmental remediation, specifically the carting and disposal of approximately 1,500 linear feet of asbestos cabling.
