Street, Bridge, Traffic, Bicycle and Pedestrian, Survey, and Construction Engineering Services

The agency requires assistance with all aspects of project development and execution for both locally and federally funded projects. This scope of work encompasses planning, design, permitting assistance, bid and proposal development, engineering review and analysis, preparing grant applications, feasibility reports, cost/benefit analysis, peer review, survey, contract administration, construction engineering, and construction observation. The agency limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite in Nashua, New Hampshire.
