Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Gilbert Public Schools district in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a construction manager at risk to oversee the addition and renovation of the Highland High School auditorium, orchestra, and band facilities. The project addresses the district's need for expanded performing arts space by constructing a new addition of approximately 15,500 square feet to the existing performing arts building. This new structure will house an orchestra classroom, practice rooms, storage rooms, restrooms, staff spaces, and a storage mezzanine. The selected partner must consult with the district and the architect regarding site use, site improvements, phasing of the various projects, selection of materials, and building systems. The scope of work also requires conducting value engineering, which includes providing estimates of alternative designs, procedures, or materials, establishing preliminary budgets, and identifying possible economies. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The district has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial parameters of the project.
