Continuing Engineering Services

The City of Sebastian, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, continuing engineering services for its local government authority. The agency requires these services to support ongoing aviation improvements, planning, and infrastructure maintenance over a multi-year period. The selected partner will address critical infrastructure needs ranging from master plan updates and feasibility studies to airfield design, rehabilitation, and construction oversight. The scope of work covers planning, master plan updates, feasibility and economic studies, and the design and construction of runways, taxiways, and runway safety areas. It also includes airfield lighting, runway signage and markings, hangar design, parking lot improvements, and other aviation-related upgrades. Additionally, the agency requires Construction Engineering and Inspection services, which encompass contract administration, onsite inspection, and materials sampling and testing. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and all contracted work must be performed onsite in Sebastian, Florida. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period spanning three years.
