Construction Manager-At-Risk Services

The Coastal Water Authority in Houston, Texas is seeking construction manager-at-risk services to modernize and replace aging infrastructure across three key facilities. The agency needs to demolish the existing administration building and construct a new eighteen thousand six hundred square foot administration building at the Lynchburg Pump Station. Additionally, the project requires constructing a new four thousand seven hundred square foot control building at the Trinity River Pump Station, as well as demolishing and constructing a new eleven thousand four hundred square foot administration and maintenance building at the Canal Maintenance Station. During the preconstruction phase, the agency requires design review, constructability review, construction sequencing, and cost model development and updates. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit scheduled for May 18, 2026. The agency requires all questions regarding this procurement to be submitted no later than May 22, 2026.
