Non-Bridge Structural Items Design and Review Services

The Montana government authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide design and review services for non-bridge structural items on an as-needed basis through a term contract. The agency requires these services to support both design tasks during the preconstruction phase and review tasks during the construction phase of various projects. The scope of work covers retaining walls, large culverts such as box culverts and structural steel plate pipes, and various foundations typically used for signals, sign bridges, and cantilever signs. The selected vendor will also perform structural design and analysis for pedestrian rails, safety rails, luminaire structures, traffic signals, variable message sign supports, cantilever sign supports, and sign bridge supports. The agency requires expertise in reinforced concrete design and analysis to complete these assignments. All performance of the work must take place onsite. Only United States organizations are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal.
