Owner Advisor Services

The Pasco County government authority in New Port Richey, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide professional owner advisor services. To solve coordination challenges, the selected partner must use emotional intelligence to guide communications, bring outside perspectives from other successful projects, and facilitate a structured partnering approach to resolve issues at the appropriate level. The scope of work requires the advisor to help the county promote one cohesive team, guide consensus among all stakeholders, and advocate for the project to all parties. The advisor must also recognize and address potential conflicts of interest while carrying out all duties with integrity. Performance of these services will take place entirely onsite in New Port Richey, Florida. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will cover a period of one year.
